About the experience
The charming Coombe Abbey is the ideal place to enjoy a truly unforgettable afternoon tea for two. Once a 12th century Cistercian Abbey, this venue has been lovingly restored into an elegant hotel and sits amongst 500 acres of meticulously tended grounds which include a lake, formal lawns and parkland - perfect for exploring after your treats. Afternoon tea will be served in the beautiful Garden Bar, where you will enjoy a selection of sandwiches, speciality teas, a slice of cake each and fruit scones served traditionally with clotted cream and preserves. As if that isn't special enough, you will also enjoy a glass of prosecco each to make it a fantastically indulgent afternoon!

LOVELY TREAT!
Had a lovely tea yesterday in such a beautiful setting. We decided to order one savoury (for which there was a very small additional supplement) and one traditional afternoon tea as we couldn't decide which to have! We really enjoyed both and shared them. The staff were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Make sure you allow time to walk round the lovely grounds before or afterwards as parking is £4 for 8 hours so you may as well make a day of it!

Great voucher
Lovely afternoon tea at Coombe Abbey who catered for my dietary requirements with food that still tasted amazing. Pricey drinks if you want additional but that was expected, although the selection of teas included was perfect and enough.
Be aware - the terms and conditions of the voucher were very tricky as it can only be used Wednesday-Friday at certain times of the day which is a massive problem for most people who have a job which means this voucher isn’t very accessible.
