Had a fantastic tour. Alex was an incredibly fun and informative guide. The place is lovely and enjoyed a few drinks and a bite to eat there afterwards.

We loved this place. Ash, who took the tour, was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was an eye-opener for us regarding the trials and tribulations encountered with the weather on those grape vines, as well as issues with the wildlife. I repeat, loved it. His enthusiasm was infectious. Great trip.

The guy who did the tour of the vineyard was excellent , tasting up to 5 wines the lunch was cheese ,pork pies salad and cut french stick buffet help yourself but had to buy any drinks with it , otherwise good

The sandwiches were lovely and the cakes are amazing , the staff were so helpful and kind and making sure you had everything you needed .

We were gifted the tour which included a light lunch by my son last Christmas. We were lucky with the weather and sat out to taste our first glass of delicious Carr Taylor English wine, which was delicious. The your began St 1pm with the erudite David in charge. There were about 18 people and 1 dog on the tour. We saw the vines and learnt some history about wine growing in England. A tour of the yard and where the wine was made ended with a sit down tasting experience. David was very entertaining and informative, and generous with the 5 wines and sparkling wines we tasted. All were delicious, all different, and it was really enjoyable. Lunch was then served downstairs, a buffet style selection of cheeses, pork pies, bread and salad.my husband doesn't eat cheese and we had been told an alternative would be made available. It wasn't, but it wasn't a huge issue.the staff were very apologetic about it as obviously the message hadn't been passed on. We ate our lunch in the sunshine surrounded by the vines in all their glory. Loved the whole experience and plan to do it again!

We had the full experience of being shown around the vineyard, with an interesting history of how it all started and all the different types of vines followed by the processes used to produce the various wines. Moving inside we experienced a great session on pairing the wines with some gorgeous cheeses. So happy with the gift, great experience and something I would happily repeat.

We received a warm welcome and a glass of sparkling wine. We then heard the history of the vineyard and an informative talk of how the wine was made. The three sample wines were lovely, eaten with some nibbles. Lunch was very enjoyable shared with some interesting people to talk to. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the experience

We got the brewery tour and everyone there was a bit surprised about it - apparently it's very rare that people do this here, so it was just us and the tour guide. Now he did apologise that he very rarely does this and it might be a bit rusty, but he did great and we learned and saw a fair bit during the tour. We even hanged around for a bit of chat as he was quite friendly, so overall it was very good. It ended with a tasting of 3 of their beers, which we had outside in the rare sun. Now keep in mind that they're very focused on ales so if that's not your thing it might leave you disappointed. But if it is, you'll really enjoy it.

We had a fantastic time at the event. The host was very knowledgeable and passionate about his topic. The variety of wines, cheese and chocolate items were all delicious. Amazing venue and easy to travel to on public transport.

A good choice of wines and an excellent, knowledgeable host. There was no skimping on the measures and the accompanying nibbles were also very nice. Would definitely recommend this experience.
