Brandon Lodge was excellent.Monique was very helpful & answered any questions we asked. The room was ideal, twin beds as requested, spotless & with everything that we needed. The breakfast was lovely & very tasty.The staff were also very good. My only concern is your booking system.It would be so much easier to be able to speak to someone on the telephone.

Enjoyed every moment, was a lovely experience

The guest house was very clean and tidy with tasteful decor. The owners Mel and Trish are lovely people. Unfortunately Buyagift took 30% of the worth of the voucher away from the original price which was a voucher for £100. The business owners had to take a £30 payment from us which is poor, especially as the voucher was a gift! I don't think we will use Buyagift again!

A lovely stay at The Imperial Hotel in Torquay. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a seaview suite and had lovely sunshine for the entire stay. We got up onto Dartmoor, walked to a Tor and met some ponies and also went to the theatre to see a show and enjoyed some fab seafood in a local restaurant. A great couple of days.

At this present time the hotel is very nice with very pleasant staff.

We were met by Leah at reception. What a lovely happy warm welcome. Beautiful smile. The room was nice. Tea/coffee making facilities. Ensuite shower room. We had an amazing and very yummy 5 course Valentines dinner. Christina, our waitress was fantastic. Happy and friendly and made us smile with her happy energy. The hotel is well placed, nice and close to local shops and pubs. A nice hiking route around the Wey, starting just across the road. We will be back.

A repeat for us as we went to Langstone Quays last summer. The only problem then was the room was very hot - a fan in the room, but no air conditioning! This time the visit was in the spring! All in all, Just as good, but the room was still very hot! That said, had we opened the windows and used the provided room fan I suspect it would have been a far more acceptable temperature. But still a great overnight stay, with a swim in the afternoon, and some real quality food in the evening. I wouldn't hesitate to treat ourselves again.

What a lovely place,stunning location,well equipped cosy pods,toilet and showers were kept really clean,would highly recommend,will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous time. Beautiful surroundings lovely clean pod. The fishing was excellent. We can't wait to go back.
