Just left - had an amazing night away. It was a gift for my boyfriend for his 40th and our anniversary. The food was impeccable, we couldn’t resist having 3 courses it was so good! The bed was so comfortable and the staff and spa facilities were all fantastic. Such great value we’d love to come back!

We were given a room in the annexe next to The Malthouse, as we'd noticed they have a lot of live music. The room was perfect - comfortable and warm enough with a nice ensuite bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast in the main hotel, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Ironbridge is a pretty town with river walks and plenty to explore. Many thanks for a relaxing break!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely break at the Crowne Plaza Marlow. Setting was lovely by a lake, the room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Staff were knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Treatment and spa were just so relaxing and food at the hotel, delicious. Highly recommend.

Me, my wife and our dog had a two night stay at the BQA in Thornhill at the end of January. We had a wonderful time. On arrival we were greeted by Ralph who offered us the choice of two different rooms. We chose room 11 at the rear of the hotel where there was parking right outside our door. It also made it easier to take our dog walkies. We had dinner in the restaurant both nights. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The £50 voucher towards our meal on the first night helped towards the overall cost. The staff were helpful and friendly to us and our dog. This made our stay very relaxing, and we would love to return in the future. Our room was lovely and clean. Spacious room and bathroom, with clean towels and coffee and teas available. Thanks again to Ralph and his team for making our stay so welcoming and relaxing.

Very easy to book with the hotel. Within 30 mins we had negotiated a second night stay! Great location, lovely food, but above all the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the royal lodge with our dog. The team there are super friendly, helpful and provide fantastic service. The food was superb, lots of choice, but all done to a really great restaurant standard. It's a beautifully quiet spot (but we did go mid week and out of season!) and for the dog there were walks from the door up to Symmonds Yat and down the river. The rooms are comfy, cozy and clean, and we had plenty of room for our dog and his bed. If you are looking for a break, in a chilled non-stuffy country pile, with a lovely team and great food, we can't recommend it enough!

This was the first time we have visited Edinburgh, we had a fantastic break and stopped in a magnificent Hotel called Market place hotel on Market Street, would highly recommend this to anybody
