Always more money needed

So i have bought or have been bought experiences from here over the years and there is always an extra cost. For example this one there was no dates available for me to book this year and i had to go on a waiting list. Once dates became available i had to pay an extra £20 just to be able to book as its so far into the future to “extend my ticket” its not my fault that they havent got and spare times for me to do it. But i have to wait 18 months to be able to do the experience. Just really poor service.

Worst experience of my life (not the helicopter ride, but buyagift)

First off, I was given this for a clamping pod. But when I tried to book they said they no longer accept buy a gift. So I then booked a hotel. The hotel took the full amount of the credit (156) when it was only £65. To learn about hidden charges. ( which happened with the helicopter but I had given up by then) to have an full blown argument with customer service asking for a refund on the hotel so I could make the most of my voucher. For them to ignore every single question and repeat them selves over and over again. It wasn't until I found the CEOs number they actually helped.

Booking experience was a little tricky, as the email didn't come through. I had to contact customer services 3 times before I actually received my voucher details. But then it was quite simple to book one i had these

Very limited availabilty

Originally my family clubbed together to buy me a Dambusters Helicopter flight and on separate voucher a hotel package in the Peak district. When we attempted to book we found there were Very limited dates when the flights were being offered and none corresponded to the also limited dates when the hotel voucher was valid. So we decided to switch to a flight nearer home, Easter Sunday was the Only date available for flights from Thruxton - the nearest site to us. Lots of pressure to add expensive add-ons to basic package Flight itself was enjoyable but basically ony circled Thruxton.
