160ft FAB Bungee Jump at UK Bungee Club

Get ready for a serious shot of adrenaline with a 160ft FAB (forwards and backwards) bungee jump. After registering at the jump site, jewellery and loose items are removed and the crew fit a secure safety harness before a clear pre-jump briefing. Then it is up to the platform for that heart-in-mouth moment as the countdown begins and you dive into open air. Once the cord rebounds and the grin kicks in, you head back up to do it all again – this time jumping backwards.

What do I need to know?

• Minimum age: 14 years
• Minimum weight: 35kg. Maximum weight: 120kg
• Not suitable for people with high blood pressure, heart conditions, dizziness, epilepsy, asthma, neurological conditions, diabetes or during pregnancy
• If you have neck, back, ankle or eye issues, please seek medical advice and provide a certificate. If you are aged 50 years or over, please seek medical advice before taking part
• Participants aged 14–15 years require parental or guardian permission

• Skirts and dresses are not advised; boots and high-tops are unsuitable as they interfere with the ankle harness
