What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Available on selected event dates throughout the year at various London locations; dates and venues may vary
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience
• Minimum age: 14 years
• Participants aged 14 or 15 years require parental or guardian permission
• Minimum weight: 35kg. Maximum weight: 120kg
• If you have a disability, please contact the experience provider in advance to discuss any accessibility requirements
• This experience is not suitable for people with high blood pressure, heart conditions, dizziness, epilepsy, asthma, neurological conditions, diabetes or during pregnancy
• If you have neck, back, ankle or eye issues, please seek medical advice and provide a certificate. If you are aged 50 years or over, please seek medical advice before taking part
• Skirts and dresses are not advised; boots and high-top trainers cannot be worn as they interfere with the ankle harness
• Photos and a video are available to purchase on the day
• An upgrade to a 300ft bungee jump may be available for an additional cost, payable directly to the supplier
