What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• This voucher is available on a variety of days throughout the week
• The St. Ives location operates 12th–16th August and 19th–23rd August only
• Please note, this experience is available week round at certain locations
• You must arrange a date for your flight using the information provided when you activate your voucher
• The minimum age for this experience is 6 years old
• All participants under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Guests aged 12 and over may fly unaccompanied
• All passengers, regardless of age, must have their own full seat
• Maximum total weight: 30 stone/190kg
• The supplier makes every effort possible to accommodate disabled passengers, please alert us to any specific requirements you may have when booking
• There may be up to two other passengers with you during the experience
• Flights and flight routes are weather dependant
• We reserve the right to refuse or remove any passenger from the flight if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate
