About the experience
Take to the water on Hove Lagoon for a stand-up paddleboarding session in Sussex. A fully-qualified instructor will cover the fundamentals, helping to build balance, strength and core control from the first strokes. Use both sit-down surf skis and stand-up paddle boards as skills develop, then enjoy a refreshing paddle on the lagoon.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available on selected Saturdays and Sundays, May–October
- May be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions; please call the venue if in any doubt
- There will be up to eight people taking part
- Guests are welcome at the marina and there is a club house and bar and café overlooking the lagoon
- Bring a swimming costume, towel and pair of old trainers (that you do not mind getting wet)
- If it's hot bring sunscreen, if cold bring warm dry clothes to change into
- Minimum age: 8 years
- Confident swimmers only
- This experience is not suitable for anyone who has suffered with any previous back, neck or shoulder injury
