Still excellent
We have been enjoying the food at the Three Horseshoes for many years but have been unable to go there recently. It was, therefore, great to have the most delicious afternoon tea there today. It was served very punctually by friendly and efficient staff in a dining room with plenty of space and was thoroughly enjoyed by both of us.

Great Birthday gift.
Situated in a very attractive area of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Staff very friendly and efficient. Afternoon tea was well presented with good portions and good value.

Disappointed
My friend purchased a voucher for afternoon tea for my birthday. The food was ok but not impressed with the service of the staff. We were shown to our table following an approx 5 minute wait . The tea stand was already on the table and then the accompanying plates were bought to the stand, The food had obviously been made a lot earlier as cling film was still attached to the plates.
Due to the hot weather we chose a cold drink rather than a pot of tea. At no point were we asked I if everything was ok or would we like anything else. We would have been willing to pay for any extras. My friend who purchased the voucher travelled 30 miles to this venue and left disappointed
