What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for a maximum of two people
• Available week round, year round, excluding Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and New Year's Eve. Afternoon tea is served between 2pm and 5pm
• You must make your reservation online at least 48 hours in advance by following the easy steps provided with your Buyagift voucher. Prezzo Italian cannot accept Buyagift vouchers that are not pre-booked
• Please note: You MUST take the unique code generated at the point of booking with you to the restaurant. You will not be able to have your meal without it
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Afternoon tea food or drink substitutions cannot be made. Customers can purchase anything from Prezzo's other menus at an additional cost
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
