Not happy
Not been yet. Going today. Went to King Street Townhouse Manchester on 3/2/25 but my voucher couldn't be accepted. Needed a 12 digit code not 16. Spent the whole 2 hours trying to resolve it. Ruined the day, my birthday treat. Had to pay for the afternoon tea and as pensioners we could have done without that. I have sent a lengthy reply to Joseph who issued another voucher number and pin details for use. I am dreading what will happen today due to lack of confidence.

Frustrating process
I hope nobody buys me another voucher. Process really cumbersome and had to call the restaurant to complete my booking
