Couldn't give 48 hrs notice of cancellation
My husband has leukaemia & started feeling ill late on New Years day. I left a phone message & completed online form as soon as poss but when I finally got through was told 48 hours needed to cancel. So lost our Afternoon Tea gift.

Ordered afternoon tea,lovely location, courtesy from all staff.the selection of sandwiches were great ,scones cream and jam to finish made the day.wil inform all my friends to visit ,we will be back.regards John.

Bit tired
Place a bit tired needs a revamp
Asked for special dietary requirements on booking but didn't happen on the day had to send the food back and came back still not right
