Lovely afternoon tea
I went to Artea today as it was my 60th birthday yesterday and I took my daughter who has her birthday on 16th.
We booked for 12pm and waited half an hour for the food, I presume as they don't open until 11am .
The gluten free option was really good, chicken goujon and fish goujons, sandwiches, 2 little cakes and a gluten free scone.
There are loads of teas to choose from too, I opted for the Artea signature tea, it was really nice and refreshing and having a pot to yourself is of course a real bonus.
The staff were all friendly too, so with a pretty tearoom on top, what's not to like?

We had really nice time with my wife at the pattiserie. Very friendly stuff served us with this excellent tower of selected and quality food and lovely coffee. Thank you for this unforgetable experience

very disappointed
purchased as a birthday gift for friends to enjoy on a london visit.
the afternoon tea was served in the bar with the arsenal game playing on the TV which really wasn’t the 4* hotel setting that’s advertised
the vegetarian selection was quite poor, everything had tomato on it. the regular fillings weren’t to their taste but that’s personal preference.
The scones came out a packet and 1 of the cakes had a hair on it.
it was overall a let down

Disappointed
Staff lovely and catered for strawberry allergy. Didn't think the afternoon tea good value for money. Too many pastries and no cake. Could have done with more variety.
