Good old fashioned afternoon tea
It was nice to have a traditional tea and it wasnt too much.
There wasnt much of a selection of teas but enough to chose from.
The hotel was a little run down but the staff were friendly and helpful.
A pleasant experience.

Lovely
Food was amazing (apart from the fruit scones) could have also done with asking if we wanted drinks more often as only got offered 1 warm beverage. Overall it was delicious and id go again for the price paid. Am slightly disappointed though that even though I pointed out it was for my mother's birthday nothing was noted or put on like alot of afternoon teas do

Afternoon tea
The staff at East Sussex national were lovely, we had arrived earlier than planned but nothing was too much trouble. The afternoon tea was delicious, lovely sandwiches, fresh scones and cakes, as much tea as you wanted, finished off with glass of Prosecco, the weather was perfect a really enjoyable afternoon
