About the experience
Fall in love with some of nature’s most beautiful, feathered hunters with this falconry experience for two. Available at a range of locations in the UK, this experience offers a one-of-a-kind insight into the lives and behaviours of these endearing animals. You’ll even get the chance to handle one of the resident falcons under the watchful eye of an expert falconer. Make sure to bring your camera, as there will be an exciting professional falconry display, where you'll witness the bright-eyed birds in action!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available on selected weekend dates, March–November
- Minimum age: 11 years
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- You must be reasonably fit as the day involves a lot of walking, sometimes over uneven ground
- Full wheelchair access is available at each venue
- Please call the venue to check the weather before setting out. If the experience is cancelled, it can be re-booked for an alternative date
- Please dress for the outdoors with walking boots or wellingtons

Far too exceeded our expectations
Our 3 hour experience was absolutely amazing.
Set in the garden of the Mole Trap pub in Epping Forest. Laura, the falconer was full of fascinating facts about these amazing birds. We were able to hold several birds, including an enormous bald eagle, various owls and a Harris hawk. We had the opportunity to have some of the birds fly to our gloved hand.
The location was in the middle of nowhere, but had the added bonus of the pub to enjoy a meal after. Thoroughly recommend.

Great experience gift
A fantastic experience from start to finish, our guide was super friendly and her passion and knowledge for all the birds at the centre shone through which enhanced our up close and personal encounters with the birds of prey, would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience
We did this experience at Herrings Farm Falconry Centre and it was brilliant. The Falconer was very good and knowlegable, plus you got up close and personal with several different species (Owls, Hawks, and Eagle). I would recommend this to anyone with an interest in birds.
