What a delightful pub for afternoon tea!!!!
This pub was very welcoming and the interior superb. Hazel who served us, and took my booking was very helpful and efficient. The pub was very clean including the toilets. The afternoon tea had a lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes, including two glasses of fizz and scones with plenty of tea provided. We took left over cakes home in a box provided.
We looked at the menu, while we were there, whilst drinking more tea! we shall certainly visit again for sure.

Really chic, environment, Definitely recommend
What a lovely surprise, 1066 Chequers inn, has a delicious appeal to the eye, Chic, but with a relaxing feel, has wonderful old beams in the ceilings, but the ceilings are high, every dinning room, and drinking areas the Decor is done out in the most vibrant but still gives out a welcoming vibes to the 1066 Chequers inn, and the owners and staff, made their customers feel welcome, which adds to an enjoyable experience. Can wait to go back for another afternoon Cream Tea or dine at the 1066 Chequers inn at Bressingham, Norfolk.

Amazing
We had a fabulous Bubbles and high tea with lots of choice at. 1066 Chequers. We were made really welcome and our Gluten free seed free food was delicious. The Bubbles were lovely too. We loved The ambience and decor and the lady and gentleman who looked after us made our experience extra special. We would definitely visit again .Bressingham steam Trains and Gardens are worth a visit too after a meal at the Chequers to walk off all those calories.

Lovely setting and hosts. A super tea lots of cakes which we could not manage but were boxed up for us to take away.
