Very disappointing experience
The place was filthy dirty, hot tub you are looking at a wall. All too rushed. paid extra for a deep tissue massage and it was certainly not deep tissue. Cream tea should have been afternoon tea but was just dry scone with cream & Jam. Changing rooms and toilets were disgusting and no costume drying machine, no toilet roll.
