What do I need to know?

• Available week round, year round
• Minimum age: 16 years; children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older
• Opening hours are 9.30am–6pm daily
• Last entry is 4pm from April–September and 3pm from October–March
• Please allow approximately two hours for this experience
• The lift at Churchill War Rooms is currently out of service, so there is no step-free access
• Evan Evans e-tickets are only valid for the date and time shown on your ticket
• Please bring a printed copy of your e-ticket on the day
• Tickets can only be used for one visit and will be taken in by the supplier upon exchange
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked
