What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher may be used week round at most venues (excluding Saturdays at the Birmingham venue), bookable days and times vary dependent on location
• East Grinstead location is only available on every second Thursday of each month, 7pm to 10:30pm
• The Comedy Boat is available on Fridays, January to November
• There is very limited availability at the Leicester location for the rest of the year
• Your voucher is not valid for any Christmas Specials, any show in December or charity events
• You must book in advance for all shows, please check the terms and conditions at point of booking
• All cancellations, without exception, must be made by 3pm on the day of the show
• Comedy passes are discounted tickets, for which the venue cannot fulfil any seating allocation or seating preference requests
• Minimum age: 18 years (valid ID is required)
• To book a Saturday night show (where available), please call as soon as possible to secure your date as these nights are very popular
• All shows are subject to availability
