What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
• Available week round, year round
• Minimum age: 14 years
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
• Please allow a full day for this experience
• No bikes are provided to guests under 18 years unless an adult over 18 years is present
• This experience is not suitable for people who are more than seven months pregnant
• Disability access is not available
• Dress appropriately for the weather
• Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes
• For any eBike upgrades, riders must be at least 14 years old
• All dates are subject to availability
