• All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own; attachments such as tag-a-longs and trailers are not permitted
• No bikes are provided to guests under 18 years unless an adult over 18 years is present
• This experience is not suitable for anyone more than seven month pregnant
• Disability access is not available
• eBike upgrades are available; riders must at least be 14 years old
• Children are not recommended on the tour unless they are proficient riders
• If you have children in your group, please let the supplier know how many and their ages so they can make sure they have the correct-sized bikes
• A government-issued photo ID is retained as a deposit and a credit card is kept on file for bike security
