You’ll find fun for the whole family wherever your journey takes you, from Cheetah Rock and Giraffe Heights to Passage through Asia and Lions of the Serengeti. Make sure you pay a visit to the truly incredible Centre for Elephant Care where you will find an amazing herd of nine Asian elephants or why not head to the Butterfly House to be surrounded by a kaleidoscope of beautiful butterflies? - This experience is available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day
- The zoo opens at 10am each morning

- An adult is a person aged from 16+ years
- A child is a person aged from 3–15 years (inclusive)
- Children under three years go free but still need a pre-booked ticket
- All children must be accompanied by an adult
- The Hullabazoo outdoor play area is suitable for children aged 0–13 years
- Bookings should be made 14 days prior to your visit
