• Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
• This experience is available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day
• The zoo opens at 10am each morning

• An adult is a person aged from 16+ years
• A child is a person aged from 3–15 years (inclusive)
• Children under three years go free but still need a pre-booked ticket

• The Hullabazoo outdoor play area is suitable for children aged 0–13 years
• Bookings should be made 14 days prior to your visit
