What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- We offer theatre tickets in a range of pricing tiers – choose the best one for you from the following:
- Bronze: our most basic pricing tier, offering a selection of affordable seats at top shows. Generally, weekdays offer best availability. Please note, some seats may be restricted view
- Silver: our next level of pricing, offering a greater selection of seats. Generally, weekdays offer best availability, with some weekend dates available
- Gold: our second highest pricing tier, offering a range of seats across weekdays and weekends
- Platinum: our premium pricing tier, offering a wide range of fantastic seats across weekdays and weekends
- Upon booking, you will be able to choose your date, time and seats, with the option to upgrade to higher value seats for an additional fee
- Pre-booking online is essential. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for best availability
- Once you have selected your seats and your tickets are confirmed, your voucher becomes non-refundable
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted
- Please check the details of your chosen show upon booking. Additional restrictions may apply
- All bookings and performances are subject to availability

Rip off
Told buyagift we could not make the show, they told us it had been sent you the theatre & we would hear back. Didn't hear anything after a week so contacted them. To be told that we had gone past the date that the theatre allowed so we had lost our voucher. If they had told us st the time I would of taken someone else. Total profiteering ! Wouldn't recommend

Vertigo and exhaustion.
Crikey those seats were high up. Climbing the stairs to the Balcony level, we had to stop at every leve.l ( my wife is 70 a and we had no idea how many steps would be involved).
Alas the amplification was sooo loud it was impossible to hear most of the lyrics.
It may be that at the lower seating levels the sound is better but up in "The Gods", it was very very "muddy". ( I was a theatre sound engineer many years ago and we did it better back then).
