What do I need to know?

- You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
- For The Shard:
- Available for entry on week–round, year round
- Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Minimum age: 4 years
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket
- Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier
- For Theatre Tickets:
- Bronze tickets are our most basic pricing tier, offering a selection of affordable seats at top shows. Generally, weekdays offer best availability. Please note, some seats may be restricted view. You will have the option to upgrade to higher value seats for an additional fee
- Easily prebook online by following the instructions on the voucher received after purchase
- Pick the date and time, then choose from a selection of allocated seats available

Wonderful gift
The experience was really special, and very easy to book. But we were extremely surprised that we were asked to pay a top up fee! This was a gift and I'm sure our donor did not expect that we would need to pay extra to access the Shard! Nor was any explanation at all given as to why we were required to pay extra in order to claim our gift!

Great views from The Shard
We had to wait a few minutes after our arrival in the queue at the entrance but once inside it was a smooth journey up the two lifts to the observation decks and then we were treated to great views over London in all directions.
