Drive Dad's Car: A Three-Car Classic Driving Experience for One

Classic car lovers, this one’s for you! Take a step back in time and harness some beautiful nostalgia with this classic car driving day out. When was the last time you drove an Austin Maestro? How about a Reliant Robin? Drives Dad's Car is home to a fleet of glorious British classic cars, including machines from the 1990s all the way back to the 1930s. After a safety briefing and introduction, you can drive three classic cars of your choice, for 20 minutes in each. Buckle up, roll down the windows and prepare for a memorable drive! Then you can head to The Great British Car Journey exhibition, an interactive experience with audio-visual guides that celebrates Great British innovation and hosts over 140 carefully selected cars!

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available Wednesdays, Saturdays and selected Sundays, year-round (during Autumn/Winter months experiences operate on a reduced schedule)
• Minimum age: 17 years
• Please bring your confirmation e-mail with you on the day
• Drivers must hold a full driving licence which will need to be presented on the day
• You will have a fully qualified instructor with you during the driving experience
• Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We’re unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Most providers also offer an optional indemnity or damage waiver for an additional fee. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues
