About the experience
An incredible flying lesson where you’ll learn actual amazing techniques used by fighter pilots! Learn manoeuvres like the derry turn, aileron loop, Cuban 8, stall turn, and barrel roll from a genuine ex-military instructor and fly a T67 Firefly - the classic training plane used to train air force pilots since the 60’s. You’ll recall every classic war movie you’ve seen as you experience the exhilarating feeling of flying like a fighter pilot for yourself. On arrival you’ll be provided with a military flying suit, before a full safety briefing from your instructor, a former military trainer. You’ll then take to the cockpit and take off, mastering turning, ascents and descents. The instructor will demonstrate a range of exciting acrobatic manoeuvres, before handing the controls back to you so you can see what you’re made of! Your instructor will finally guide you to fly the plane back to base, and you’ll finish with a debrief and receive a certificate to commemorate this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
What do I need to know?

- Minimum age: 12 years
- The upper weight limit is 108 kg (17 stone)
- Minimum height 152 cm (5ft)
- Maximum height 196 cm (6ft 5")
- You will be required to complete a medical declaration before flying
- Participants over the age of 61 must produce a doctor's note confirming suitability to fly
- Flying is subject to suitable conditions; please call the weather line on the day of your experience
- It is essential to wear light flat shoes with a good grip - most trainers are ideal
- Please allow two to three hours for this experience with flying time being 35 minutes, and 30 minutes for briefing
- The operators are fully insured for both pubic liability and personal risks

What a day!!!
Honestly... WOW!!! I cannot recommend this enough. If you are new to aircraft or like me have played thousands of hours on a flight sim, then you need to do this!! The team were amazing, they really make you feel like the pilot you have always wanted to be. I went up with Andy and we were each others made flight (the first time I have ever sat behind the controls of an aircraft and the first time Andy had taken anyone up) and honselty if you can book, call for Andy!! It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back and do it again. There is nothing compared to pulling your own Gs and feeling your face melt!! Highly recommended ???? would suggest you buy the video after as well, the family will love laughing at you droopy face you when hit 6 times gravity!!

Fly like a Fighter pilot
The Ultimate High team were brilliant, friendly, welcoming and professional, very good briefing before the flight.
The flight was hampered a bit by bad weather, not there fault, and the pilot did his best to do all the aerobatics I was told to expect.
All in all, a very nice experience.

What a surprise.
The flight was great . the pilot was 1st class. Had great faith in me when i had the controls. Letting me land the plane. What an experience. The G. force feeling was not so good, but it did not spoil the great day. I would do it again. John.

Greatest experience
Superb instructor. Lot of time in-flight. Amazing to have the controls doing most excellent aerobatics not just being a passenger but actually doing the manouevres. Unforgettable experience and truly an ultimate high. May do it again as nothing quite like it. Even beats skydiving. Thankyou.
