Wonderful Day
The staff when we arrived were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The facilities were very good and clean. We had both booked a 30 minutes massage which was absolutely wonderful, Thank you Sophie & Zoe. Our afternoon tea was amazing lots to eat and excellent service. All round a great experience and one I would consider again

Wonderful afternoon
Ockenden Manor spa is lovely. Robes, towels & flipflops are provided, as is shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. My treatment - a 30 minute back/neck/shoulder massage - was fantastic. The therapist was very nice & it seemed to last longer than 30 minutes! Left me feeling relaxed & the tension was gone from my neck & shoulders. The spa was not crowded so there was plenty of room to lie around, swim (indoors & outdoors), or relax in the hot tubs or steam room or sauna. Tea,coffee & water are freely available. The afternoon tea in the hotel was delicious - a glass of rose prosecco , a choice of teas, a selection of sandwiches & cakes. We couldn't finish them all so took the remainder home with us in a box provided by the waiter. The staff were all very friendly, efficient & helpful. Highly recommend! We plan to return.
