About the experience
Fresh pasta, made by hand, tastes even better when you’ve crafted it yourself. In this expert-led class at La Cucina Caldesi, a chef guides pasta-making step by step, from mixing and rolling dough to cutting tagliatelle and shaping stuffed ravioli. No previous experience is needed, and you’ll master sauces like Genovese pesto, tomato, ragu and carbonara, before a leisurely lunch and an Italian glass of wine.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available on selected dates, approximately once a month, on weekdays or weekends
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Preparation and cooking lasts around three hours; please allow around four hours at the venue
- You’ll share one of two group dining tables, with a maximum of 16 participants, plus the chef and assistant
- Dress code: no trainers
- Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi will not be present at this experience
- This venue welcomes disabled participants and has full wheelchair access
