About the experience
Follow the winding Upper River Arun on a guided kayaking trip for one. Setting off near Stopham Road, you’ll explore this tranquil stretch as it makes its way towards Pallingham Quay. Open fields give way to narrower, wilder sections of river, with highly qualified instructors on hand to offer tips and encouragement as you paddle. Keep an eye out for local wildlife – you might even glimpse a kingfisher – and pause to enjoy a hot drink while you soak up views of the Sussex countryside and South Downs from the water.
