About the experience
Follow the River Cuckmere as it winds through some of the South Downs’ most eye-catching scenery on this guided kayaking trip for one. Launching from Seven Sisters Country Park, you’ll paddle a gentle tidal river beneath the dramatic chalk cliffs of the Seven Sisters and into Cuckmere Valley. As you pass quaint villages and look up to the chalk outline of the White Horse of Litlington, highly qualified instructors are on hand to offer tips, encouragement and support. With around five-to-six hours on the water, there’s plenty of time to refine your stroke, soak up far-reaching views and watch for native wildlife along the banks.
