Great gift
Holmfirth Vineyard is in a beautiful location. The member of the team who did the tour & wine tasting was very knowledgeable about wine-making. The afternoon tea was delicious and waiting staff were polite & attentive. I loved the afternoon I spent there & hope to go again.
Oh and the wine was top-notch - really impressed!

Enjoyable afternoon tea
The afternoon tea was delicious and well presented. However, the conservatory gets very warm when the sun comes out and although the doors can open there is no shade so take your sunglasses! The outside space feels a bit scruffy and in need of a good tidy. The wine tasting was very informative and you get to taste 4 wines. 2 rose and 2 white. You need a coat to sit in the warehouse for the demo and beware you may get wet if you are sitting near the door if it rains! All in all a good experience. Be awarevthoughbthat the wines you taste and buy are not actually produced on site but at the sister vineyard on Robin Hoods Bay.

a fabulous experience
what a christmas present! We visited the Vineyard in May and we had a brilliant time,it’s unbelievable how fruitful vines can be grown in Holmfirth. The Tour was excellent, explaining all the problems that have to be overcome and the wine production process in laymen’s terms. The wine sampling was spot on and afterwards we had an excellent afternoon tea with the most fabulous views. This Experience was 5 Stars ??
