What do I need to know?

Wonderful afternoon
Great afternoon from start to finish. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Our small group each had an earpiece so we didn’t miss anything she said. We looked at a range of paintings from the very oldest in the gallery up to the impressionists. This was followed by a top notch afternoon tea in the peaceful surroundings of the Ochre restaurant, with good service and lovely food. A very special afternoon.

Great tour followed by a lovely tea
The tour was well presented, informing. And interesting. Afternoon tea was great. High quality food in good surroundings.

Tour very good.
Jennifer who did the tour was excellent! The tea was a little less so. Had to ask for more milk, twice and then the second time we were given hot milk. Need to improve quality of the tea. There were a number of trip hazards in the cafe,frayed carpet , carpet corners turned up. Token a while to get a response from staff in the cafe.
Disabled toilet needs attention. The multi tap was corroded, so rough edges were likely to cause cuts and grazing. We have certainly had better.
