Amazing
My husband and I had a fabulous time, Jenny our guide was really informative and we learned a great deal about the history of Shoreditch which we found really interesting. She was very sociable and fun. The food was really good and plentiful and we learned a lot about the history of the food in the area. It was a rainy day but it didn’t dampen our spirits at all as we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend the tour to anyone who enjoys food, history, learning snd socialising.

Fab-u-lous!
Fabulous tour with a totally outstanding tour guide - Bert Webb. I have never had a Burns Supper with each of the courses in 4 different venues. It was amazing, and being the only 2 Scots with 8 Americans, it was great to be able to add the odd snippet of info to Bert’s excellent commentary. He was outstanding in every way - a definite showman/story teller with a fount of local knowledge and such a bubbly cheerful personality. Bert was the icing on the fruitcake which was a wonderful tour.

Never done anything like this before,was good meeting new people and exploring different food. We had the upgraded drinks package for 2 but was disappointed this only allowed us one single shot of a ginger liquer each! Not a great upgrade and not worth payinng extra for, considering the other people in the party had the same amount of drink as we did in the previous venue before we got our upgrade drinks package, then to be told last place we were visiting didnt sell alcohol but we could go next door and buy our own alcohol and take it in there!!

Enjoyable experience
Our guide Brooklyn made the tour. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food (which was nice) and about Edinburgh itself. A great way to spend a few hours. My only comments would be that this voucher is only for their std. tour and doesn't include the drinks upgrade, which we found quite unclear (but you do still get to try a whisky for free). Also, at some of the venues the seating was very, shall we say, cosy. However, it was still a very enjoyable experience.
