Fab spa break
Had a brilliant relaxing spa break with friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Sammy was very professional and used the perfect amount of pressure for me on the back, neck and shoulder massage, firm but not painful! And the hydrating facial was just lovely. The Heat and Ice stations were all clean with clear instructions, the jacuzzi and pool both warm and well maintained. We had a hot and cold buffet at lunch, a three course meal in the evening and a lovely buffet breakfast the next morning, all with a lot of choice to suit most tastes. Rooms were comfortable and clean with ESPA toiletries. Will certainly return.

Disappointing
Booked as a gift after finding out that Whittlebury Park do the Japanese head spa. They only asked for medical information a day before and we didn’t get chance to reply. On filling out the form on the day the Japanese head spa was cancelled and no alternative offered. We wouldn’t have booked here otherwise. However, looking at this through the price we paid for the overnight stay independently would we book this again - No! The space to relax is limited, the facilities are tired, somethings not working. Food was ok, bedroom was ok but only a view over a flat roof across to the other bedrooms. The treatment was lovely that was included and the pancake making machine is entertaining at breakfast. Won’t book again. Especially as we booked this for a joint birthday celebration which they were aware off. Nice special at all, unfortunately.
