The staff when we arrived were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The facilities were very good and clean. We had both booked a 30 minutes massage which was absolutely wonderful, Thank you Sophie & Zoe. Our afternoon tea was amazing lots to eat and excellent service. All round a great experience and one I would consider again
