About the experience
Set time aside to unwind together with a spa day at your chosen Macdonald Hotel. You will enjoy full access to calming leisure spaces, then each select one 25-minute treatment from ELEMIS or ishga options – either a glow-boosting facial or a soothing back, neck and shoulder massage. Towels, robes and slippers will be provided for easy comfort, and a £5 ELEMIS retail voucher will help you pick out a skincare favourite to take home.

- Available Monday–Thursday
- Minimum age: 16 years
- The spa will contact you up to two days before arrival to complete any required health questions and arrange treatments
- Treatments are not suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- At some locations, ELEMIS treatments can be substituted for a Jennifer Young – Beauty Despite Cancer treatment

Not a Spa Day
Thoroughly disappointed, this was advertised as a spa day when in fact it was just a busy, cold hotel swimming pool, not enough seating around the pool, the steam room was not working, the pool was cold, the changing rooms were crowded, one toilet was out of order, the water fountain was leaking all over the floor, one shower didn't work, the dressing gowns provided were ripped, the treatment rooms were upstairs so you had to walk out of the swimming pool area through reception and upstairs, I would not book this again, it was not worth the price that we paid, we could have gone to a local swimming pool! not a relaxing day.
