Hotel offer
The process for booking was not straight forward as I had to go through the hotel not online, we were also disappointed with choices available.

Upgraded
Had to upgrade our voucher as it was 2 nights in crappy places or go for one decent, had to pay an extra £24. I think the hotel did well out of it tbh.
