Great gift
Had a lovely stay , breakfast was good quality. All hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly . Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Really nice hotel in Newcastle, perfectly situated to walk everywhere we needed to get to and a lovely break - in fact we had a two night break not just the one (two vouchers). Absolutely delicious afternoon tea

Great hotel
Lovely hotel, would of been nice to have a water for the room instead of being on a tab, paid for a drink at the bar which was a double Malibu and coke and I’m sure there was no Malibu put in it, instead of offering to rectify the young lady just disagreed and said there was, slightly spoiled the visit hence the 1 star taken off, the breakfast was nice but the eggs could of been better made.

Very good location, lovely breakfast plenty of choice, lots only downside rooms are a bit small.
