Overnight stay in Edinburgh
Staff at buyagift were very helpful. Had some difficulties when booking so contacted them and they went out of their way to help and resolve the issue.

We stayed at the Brunsfield Hotel in Edinburgh room was lovely staff were great! Hotel nice and lovely surroundings

Lovely hotel but…..
My husband and I received this voucher as a gift. We booked the Dakota EuroCentral. Paid the small difference. But unfortunately were given a twin/disabled room. It was very disappointing and we felt that we got ‘ a rubbish room’ because we used a voucher.
The hotel can’t say they were too busy as we booked our room well in advance so should have been allocated a more suitable room. When we dropped our car off I confirmed we would be back later to check in as was too early. Suffice to say we won’t use that hotel again.
The concept of the voucher is fabulous but I would be worried this would happen to someone else if I gave them this as a gift.
