This was the first time we have visited Edinburgh, we had a fantastic break and stopped in a magnificent Hotel called Market place hotel on Market Street, would highly recommend this to anybody

Super easy process
The process of booked through buy a gift was really easy, though for the price the section of hotels was quite low. We booked at the Marriot and got 2 single beds pushed together, which were forever moving and sliding apart leaving a big gap. For the price we paid for the hotel, I didn’t feel like this was ideal, though this was the fault of the hotel not Buy a Gift but it’s the only thing preventing 5 stars. Otherwise the booking process was really easy.

Lovely City
3 stars because we always enjoy visiting Edinburgh, especially when it's less busy. We did not like our hotel. It felt like student accommodation at grown-up prices!!!! We will not be staying in Yotel again. Wish your site had offered more options. The Buy a Gift voucher was a birthday gift and we wanted to use it for a short break away.

If I could give no stars I would. This company are awful. Cannot speak to anyone unable to cancel an event due to bereavement despite ample notice. Just pushed from pillar to post with no one taking responsibility.
