What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for four people
• Available on Saturdays and selective Sundays, year round, excluding Christmas
• Please allow approximately three hours at the venue
• Those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must remain on-site
• The full booking fee will apply in the event of a no-show
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be transferred to a new date
• Full safety briefing
• Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart conditions
• All players and non-players must complete a declaration form on arrival
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Under 18s require a supervising adult to sign their form, with prior parental consent
• Wear old, comfy clothes and sturdy shoes, and dress for the weather as the activity takes place outdoors
