Lovely afternoon
Lovely afternoon, spa been refurbished so much nicer. Lovely to be able to go out onside on the sun terrace. Had 25min pedicure which was very nice, but they didn't remove any hard skin or push cuticle back which should be done on a pedicure. Still look good and would go back.

Perfect day at the spa. Clean and not overcrowded.

Enjoyable Spa Day but!
My husband and I enjoyed our spa day and treatments, however when I booked the appointments i was not told that, as it was a Saturday (a peak day!) we would incur a supplement which turned out to be £15 each! so I had to pay £30 unexpectedly, a not insignificant amount. The voucher was a gift from my son for my birthday so it spoiled the feel of the treat. The facilities were nice but the changing room was tatty with several locker doors broken. There was also no shampoo or conditioner in the shower and the shower gel was poor quality. Rather disappointed really!

Mixed Experience
The massage booked was very good and relaxing and overall enjoyable afternoon with a friend. The relaxation area is nice, but thechanging area is very small. It was disappointing to find that the pool area was blocked off from using. We was not told this or no apology was made. Would of enjoyed experience more.
