What a great day l had and would certainly recommend the visit. Arrived 30 mins earlier and was given immediate access to all the facilities and provided with towel and bathrobe. No slippers or welcome hot drinks as advertised. Used the gym b4 50 mins treatment of back and leg massage carried out by Isabelle. That was amazing and made the day. Then used the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna before settling down to afternoon tea served in the main hotel bar area. This included larger pot of tea, a number of small sandwiches, 3 small cakes including cheesecake, large warm scone, jam and large pot of clotted cream. One of the best scones lve had with a cream tea. More than enough for one person. Had read some bad reviews about Buyagift and this spa day at this hotel and had my reservations about attending but l can't fault the hotel and day and would certainly recommend it to friends and family. All staff were welcoming and made the day lovely. Spent 5 hours in total. Free parking also included.
