- Minimum age: 12 years. Spa-goers aged 12–15 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form and be present in the room during the treatment. Spa-goers aged 16–17 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form, but they do not have to sit in the room for the treatment
- This treatment is not suitable for spa-goers in their first trimester of pregnancy. Those in their second or third trimester must sign a disclaimer form
- This treatment can be tailored for vegan spa-goers

This was a gift from my hubby. Went to Lush Liverpool and had a Fresh Facial by Rachel. The whole experience was superb, from checking in, meeting Rachel and being given the explanation of what to expect during the treatment, the room, tailoring the experience to my needs and the heated bed!!
The treatment was so soothing and a real bonus for me was the hand and forearm massage while the mask was on -wasn’t expecting that.
Amazing -will definitely be going again.
