A nice day, but not perfect
The spa itself is in a leisure centre behind Frimley Hall. The massage experience was great and very well lead.
Our spa day was between 9am and 1pm, I did not like the fact that there was a swimming group on that took over the whole pool with very loud music and instructor between 11am-12pm. It really took away from the relaxing atmosphere and restricted the use of the pool for a long duration of the morning
The lunch was tasty and the servers were great.
Overall the day was nice but could have been better.

Terrible Spa Experience, it is not a Spa
We booked this Spa experience for our anniversary. We drove for over 1hr from London to spend the day relaxing in what we thought it was going to be as advertised by the Macdonald group, a "retreat Spa Day".
This experience is more like a leisure center, with a small pool full of members, and to make matters worse while we were trying to relax they were running an aquarobics class !! The instructor played some very loud music and was shouting instructions next to our chair for 1hour !! There were about 12 people taking the class which meant most of the pool was taken over by this class.
An atrocious and disappointing experience.
My husband and I took the day off work to escape from London for a day of relaxation and Frimley Hall didn't deliver the experience they promise.
When I left the pool, I spoke with the Spa manager, Lisa, about the aquarobics class and how disappointed I was about my day. She confirmed that even at the reception, they can hear the music and the instructor shouting and they agreed that the classes should be done in the evenings.
Frimley Hall, please change things and don't disappoint and waste peoples time with this false advertisement.
I will be taking this further.
