Great gift

Awful experience
So disappointed with this experience. This should not be sold as an experience. The treatments were fine and the ladies who treated us were lovely. However the facilities were disgraceful. We arrived and were told by reception that we had to buy our own towels. We then went to the sauna and it was a tiny room and no space for us. We late discovered that towels were provided but they lack of communication meant we had to purchase towels we didn’t need! The gym was really busy and juts not nice and we couldn’t use the pool because there were swimming lessons. Complete waste of our money and time
