Great gift
I finished a long job and needed a relaxing day so my partner bought me this gift to renew myself. It was lovely and I did manage to unwind a little.

Verilamium Spa, St Albans
This was a birthday treat from my son. The receptionist explained everything to us and showed us where things were. Changing room was tiny and there was no private changing space for those who arnt comfortable undressing in front of others. Spa area was clean and the spa pool was lovely. We had lunch which was disappointing. I ordered a cheese and tomato toastie which turned out to be a cheese and onion toastie which was two very thin slices of bread with hardly and cheese and two thin slices of tomato and no garnish. It didn't look at all appetising. For £6 it was disgusting. I explained to the girl that was the wrong order and she just shrugged her shoulders, said that's what was ordered and walked off. She couldn't care less so my friend sorted it out with the receptionist. Overall it was quite nice but I wouldn't recommend it
