Relaxing Spa
Lovely facilities, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Massage fantastic, just what I needed.

Mediocre - let down by weak facilities
Massage treatment was fine.
Let down by poor facilities.
The changing rooms have no
1. Dryer cycle for Swimming trunks non existent
2. Wet bags had run out
3. No shampoo or soap in the shower
The foot spa was weak and meaningless
Parking is NOT free on weekdays!! what a joke!
Overall compared to other spa days this was mediocre at best

Disappointing experiemce
The facilities were limited. Disappointing to not be able to get a drink or a sandwich. There was just the leisure centre cafe available and that was closed. It is not appropriate to go there if you are trying to enjoy a spa day and are wearing robes. A nice area for ‘dining’ but nothing to dine on. I felt this did not meet my expectations as a spa experience on its own. The facial was very good and the staff were very pleasant. The robes and towels were nice and clean and fresh.
