• Each boat journey lasts around one hour; train journey lasts around 22 minutes each way
• Participants must be able to walk across the gangway; the venue does not have disabled access
• Children are welcome with a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult
• Please wear sensible footwear and dress appropriately for the weather
• A minimum of four paying adults is required for the cruise to run
