My daughter and I booked this and had the same massage but totally different experience, she said her was the best she ever had but mine was just ok, she got a full body massage and I got just to my knees then just to my elbows! She got an eye mask when she turned over I got nothing and the lights weren’t dimmed! Not sure if my girl was new but felt inexperienced. Swimming pool area was very nice and lovely loungers to relax on. Afternoon tea was a bit disappointing, you couldn’t choose what was in the sandwiches or choose a plain or currant scone, we don’t like currants, there was also currants in the coronation chicken sandwich which we were very confused with! You got 4 mini deserts well you should but we only had 1 macaroon between us, an eclair, lemon cheesecake and a chocolate mousse which was in a slim shot glass but no spoon to eat it with, my daughter scooped hers out with her knife but when I tried mine the top was dried out like it had been sat for a while, as no one came and asked if everything was alright I eventually went looking for someone to get us a spoon to eat the cheesecake which was very nice.
